Connect with Taurus's grounding and nurturing energy with restorative yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and journaling with Shay!
Enjoy a 60-minute restorative yoga session followed by 10 minutes of pranayama, a 10-minute meditation, and reflective journal prompts. Hang out after the class, enjoy light snacks and refreshments, chat by the fireside, and watch the moon rise!
