About the event
The first book club gathering will take place at Ritual House on February 16, 2024, at 6:30 pm. An email with the address will be sent once you have RSVP'd.
At our first gathering, we will discuss sections I and II (pages 3-31) of Embrace Yoga's Roots: Courageous Ways to Deepen Your Yoga Practice by Susanna Barkataki. Come prepared to discuss the reading, share any insights, and ask questions. Bring an open heart, a sense of curiosity, and (if you want) a snack or beverage to share with the group.
