Yoga For The Soul

Join Shaylee and Calista at Picacho Coffee Roasters for a yin class with live music.

Yin yoga focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the body. To do this, we will hold the poses for around 3 minutes while using props to support the body and help you find a deeper stretch. This class combines yoga asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation.

While we flow, breathe, and meditate we will get to enjoy the soulful and bluesy tunes of Calista.

Please bring your own mat. Props will be provided.
