Yin Flow & Cacao Blessings

Join Shaylee & Chantel for an evening of heart opening and connection. We will gather outside under the full moon in Aries for a 60-minute yin yoga to session led by Shaylee followed by a cacao ceremony facilitated by Chantel.

YIN

While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets our deep connective tissues, like the fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga where we use props like blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters to help support us + help us relax. Shaylee will guide you into the shape + we will hold each pose for three to five minutes.

Allow Shaylee to help you connect to the breath to help bring you out of the mind + into the heart.

CACAO

revered as the fruit of gods + goddesses, cacao is holy cup. emanating powerful properties, merging heart, mind, and spirit. 

together we will drop into meditation, taking our time to connect with sensation of soul + slowness. every sip cracks open heart space, calling in creativity, love, earth connection, and grounded-ness. 

making space and time for a ceremonial cup (especially in community) awakens and ignites stagnant potential, universal love, and deeper feeling.
